    i read post of too many guys from pak. i don't know how
    but even they apply from a new maded google acc with a new maded blog
    they get approved simply

    I would recommend you waiting for applying for adsense if your site is completely new.

    I've had bad experience in applying to soon, so my advice to you is to get some backlinks, grow some pagerank (shows your site is a bit valuable for advertisers) then signup for Adsense program. Until you got pagerank and stuff you could use Adbrite instead.
