Selling Looking to sell Trixinity.net

Hello, I'm looking to sell Trixinity.net

I believe I can get what I'm asking for it, I know it's a resource site, but there is years worth of good content here and a lot of it other resource sites don't have. You can all bid if you want I'm really just looking for a specific price though, between 8000-9000$. Willing to do everything over escrow etc.

This will be the first time I'm selling a site, so if I leave anything out please just ask, I can show you all the proof of stats etc, it also comes with the scripts on the site, twitter account with 2,000 followers if needed, I also have this script (not being used on trixinity) but I have the zip file if you want to use it, that will be included: http://creativeaftermath.com/ (I can transfer the license over to you)

Trixinity used to get around 20,000 people daily, so it's got the skill to get up there, I just haven't paid that much attention to it near as much, but I would like it to go to a good home. Also if you want, I have some tutorials on youtube if you want the account.

How much do you spend monthly on advertising?

 

i don't spend anything on advertising. I only spend $50 a month on hosting, everything else is profit.

 

Can you put up Google Analytics Screenshots and payment proof?

 

how come most of your upstream traffic is from optmd.com and fastclick.com based on alexa.

 

i dont know what those sites are, fastclick might be valueclick media, i get most of my traffic from my myspace which has 171k friends and google and direct.

ah ok, it just said that on alexa but alexa is quite frequently wrong
