    I'm going to need one again ;) this time it's for a dating/social site. Here are my requirements:

    - Girl character, brunette
    - deformed, small and cute, simple clothing like a skirt, etc.
    - site name is 4mingles , so the character is meant to socialize
    - at least 3 poses (one front, 2 sides)
    - release of psd's/svg's, high res images, etc.
    - doesn't have to be too complex, keep it simple! ... but still cute!

    Sorry I'm on a strict budget, also I'm not asking for a very complex design. It's marked clearly in the requirements that it should be simple. As per making the price flexible, I'll think about it but I'm open to it.
