Organize / Format / Document Program

    I recently finished a java program but need help organizing and documenting it.

    It is a signin program which uses swing and jdbc with ms-access.

    I will share the code via dropbox. I would like the program to be documented and things to be organized/fixed up. An example of a fix would be I have a check that is implemented in case 1 but in case 2 it is not. I need a copy/paste job to implement it in case 2. The check is coded already so this isn't hard - the hard code is finished.
    I would prefer an English speaker so they can document (java-docs).

    I am willing to pay $50 for this.

    EDIT:// I personally did the example fix already. So now it just needs documentation. Not hard work, just takes time.
