I am facing downtime because domain name do not resolve , anyone facing the same problem ? Did anyone check their site on http://host-tracker.com ? I am getting too much failed responses . Help would be appreciated .
Yesterday, downtime ~ 110 mins Today, downtime ~ 80 mins Thats only the downtime that hosttracker tracked, now i install a 5 mins. cronjob to test the server, because in my opinion the last 2 days the server is always down 10 mins, than 1 hour running, than 15 mins etc.. I have also written Imran a PM yesterday, but no response.
I am working with Imran since 2 years , he always reply to PM's . Let wait some more time although I am losing lots of my potential clients due to this issue ! Will you please share how to install and use cronjob ?

i got this reply after openening a ticket: hello Your site was suspended because of suspect of DDOs attack, It should be fine and Ill unsuspend it once done. i don't know if the server got dossed or my site is doing something wrong
All my websites hosted on his server are down for the last 4 days... and I have got no response from him for the last 2 days. I want to shift my websites to another server, but no help from him to get my data back.. This happened to me many times before this year... and the service is getting worst. I expect an early response from you Imran...
Ticket system didn't work for me... Fantastico didn't work: Fantastico is not installed at the default location /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico. Either move the Fantastico directory from it's current location to /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico OR enable ioncube loaders in WHM -> Tweak settings.
Hello to all, For lot of reasons i was busy and didn't update the thread, but my staff and myself was replying to the tickets and solved each and every problem, for dc0ded, I've give him 2 months extra for his account as compensate for the long downtime for his account, let me please update you that we are in this business for more than 3 years and i've clients from almost everywhere, and from DP offcourse, those who bought hosting from me on 2007-2008 knows that our server get hardly get any downtime, we only face 1-2 big downtimes in this 4 years of our journey and the proof is that I am still getting orders Daily and old customers renewing their accounts for more Years. For about last downtime, Our server got DDOS attack and we've suspended those sites who were suspect in this DDOS attack..and higher the lever of our servers security, I assure each and everyone of you that it won't happen again in future Let me know if you still face this problem please?
