    You can check it at google keyword tools, the expensive kyw is at insurance, credits, debts, and many other more. Just do your research.

    All the keywords that relate to web hosting are hugely costing/paying as well. For example, keyphrase "best web hosting companies" is at $22.69 at the moment.

    COD, if the person has an Adwords campaign running, and a person clicks on their link, they will be charged 50 bucks....on the flip side, a person with Adsense will not get that 50 bucks.
