Paypal is a company of greedy bastards ever since eBay bought out the company they monopolize the industry (at least in US) and we just have to accept the monstrous fees and move on, I've heard they are not generous in currency exchange rates either :| I personally use Micropayments

Most of the time, their rates are 1 PHP less than the actual rate.
For example, actual rate is PHP46 per USD$1.Their rate is PHP45.

MicroPayments are suggested to use for payments less that 10 bucks
Else it fees will be high the normal payments! :)

Fees will be much higher on an Business or premier account. I'm not sure if there is actually anyway past the fees unless the person/you that is sending you the cash pays the fee his your/self.

Paypal must be living a dream with all these fees. :)

I saw a lot of people saying that payapl charges a lot of fees, nobody likes to pay a cut from their hard earned bucks to anyone, same is the case with me. But Paypal charges less fees then any other payment processor that is so widely accepted, if any! I am okay with the service and fees for now :)

You can apply for Merchant Rate if you received certains amount of money monthly. The fees varies depend on amount of money that you receive.

As far as I know, Paypal will deduct a certain fee if you only reached a certain amount of payments received.
