You could use PPC but that can get expensive if you don't monitor it. Forums, in the niche you are working in, but they have to be able to find you through your signature block or some other means. Do you have a list? maybe you could so some ad swaps to increase your list.

there is RARELY any "traffic service" which offers genuine traffic. All that paid traffic sites deliver lowest quality trash traffic. Your best bet might maybe be article marketing, forum marketing and so forth. Go there where your AUDIENCE is. And forget PPC for clickbank stuff...
If you have a big budget then go for PPC. If you want it free then do related blog commenting and related forum commenting.
