I use seoQuake. Its a free plugin for Mozilla Firefox. It will give you all the necessary SEO information for any site you want to check.

    Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried SeoQuake out but I didn't like it. It made google look messy lol.

If you are calculating 'seo score' then Web CEO has a seo score functionality. It is pricey though, not free.

I'd have to agree; websitegrader is a nicely made application that checks your site in different ways that you are able to know what you should be working on.

I use the firefox webrank toolbar that gives me a quick view of the PR and number of indexed page and backlinks for whatever page I am viewing. This is only good for seeing the PR of the homepage of the site, for a detailed analysis I use the site analysis and statistics tools at http://www.seoheap.com/?q=siteanalysis which allow you to see PR for any single page of a website alongside how much PR that page leaks.

I mostly use different tools for seo but i thought none of them are 100% authentic. But i would suggest seomoz for making your search engine optimization very clear and effective.
