Is it 100% unique?

If so I think 6, needs to have a little web 2.0 'touch'

its ok, but agree it needs something else, perhaps just some shading on the font would bring it out more

 

Its alright but its not giving me that 'wow' factor but how to improve it i am not really sure i will have to give it a 6/10 as well

Though I am not an expert here, I think it needs some face lifting. You need to get it done professionally with a better, thicker font and color combo. Probably the 'F' in fence can be creatively used to form a good fence like structure in the middle.

 

Why dint you make use of some gradient? This is just as simple as a basic logo. Make a colorful background specially gradient.

I would suggest that you use more powerful colors or possibly a background color to give it some more punch.
