How to setup a torrent site like isohunt.com

    Hi,
    Can you please teach me to setup a torrent site like isohunt.com.. i need to setup it for local torrents. what is the easy way.. i need it to be simple like isohunt..

    I dont have much programming knowledge. but i can handle some. can i do it like in wordpress..
    What is the best hosting service for this kind of webpage. cheap as well :) ...

    Uh huh...well first off you will need the following

    1) Host that allows .torrent files on their services, and make sure you are allowed to use torrent period.
    2) You can purchase a few scripts that work as trackers.
    3) Make sure you have nothing illegal, if a DCMA letter comes you will be shut down by your host. No it's/buts/and about it.

    i would start by google "torrent hosts" or other variations of the word host, like hosting.

    Not sure, but careful what you upload. Although if all the content is owned and created by you then of course you'll be absolutely fine.

    That's not the half of it...... but you should pay attention to this advice as its the best you are going to get [IMO]

    IANAL; Torrents are fine.. but if there is /anything/ you host that has a copyright, you are in the wrong and there are plenty of precedents to cite; if you are starting this site now, then this should be your number one focus or else you will end up out of pocket/wasting time sooner or later.
