Looking for a logo for my site

    I am looking for a better logo for my site.

    I'm not looking to pay a large amount, but I don't know what is the normal level ($50 would be far to much though :) )

    I could really do with a new theme too, but something along the same lines in layout terms.

    The site is http://www.freemxf.org and is not a commercial site as such. It is the web presence for my software toolkit that is used in some major TV and Film production equipment. No, I don't make money from the manufacturers as it is Open Source!! It needs to be far more "serious" in nature, rather than "funky" as it needs to appeal to users from some major companies.

    I'm not sure I would describe it as a competition - I was hoping to get a good result be about the end of September
