I think the op is looking for web2.0 tools.Twitter is a web2.0 not a tool lol. Yes Senuke is the best tool out there along with xrumer but both are expensive.BD was also good but the last verison is not that good.I have heard many peeps complaning about the last verison of BD.
SEnuke is very popular, I love it if for nothing else other than the massive amounts of time it saves me. You'll still need to do some manual work but you can get 10 times the amount of work done. If you're signing up for SEnuke go through www.senukediscount.net they have a deal thats like 50% off the first month. I haven't used Xrumer much myself but I know someone who got to the #1 spot on google from 1 xrumer blast he purchased. Granted it wasnt a very comeptitive keyword and it cost him $77 for that one blast but still its impressive. Another great tool is scrapebox, its fantastic just to check indexing of links and pagerank.
I got 900 twitter followers in my first 24 hours of twitter marketing. So, I am obviously following up on this thread. Specific questions will be answered.
I have heard good things about Senuke but have not used it myself. Good web 2.0 sites to use for promotion are hubpages, tumblr, clear blogs.
Yes I use video marketing. Best vid had 80k and counting. My specialty is cool looking pages with my copywriting. You are on the right track my friend. If you use http://www.free-press-release.com/ you can rank above all those. Due to the PR and domain age mostly.
SENuke is a cool tool, I've used it. I can def say it is NOT worth the monthly price. I am currently using Bookmarking Deamon. It is absolutley awesome. The only downside is that all it does is social bookmarking sites.. which can be expected by the title of the program. I can bookmark one page to 100+ sites in less than 10 mins.
Senuke, XRumer, and Scrapebox. Three of them are mind blowing. They are worth buying and will help you very much.
