Mostly sites home page gets high PR. From there, PR flows to sub-pages. Mostly, it doesn't give any negative effect. But, if these links increases to max levels, it effects. Yahoo provides only first 1000 results. If you like to go through all backlinks, you should have to go with any paid service provider. I was not found any such like that. To find all of backlinks of your site, you can find all at Google webmaster tools.
