I use the free Avast AV and it works well for me. Every year, you'll get reminded to renew and offered the upgrade. I just stay with the free version!

    I’m using Norton Internet Security 2010 with Window7 64bit.

Everything seems to run well and the PC is virus free.

    Thanks Brian

I use AVG for general use. Malwarebytes as a backup and to find and remove the worst offenders.

    Also, Comodo Firewall.

    All of which are free.

the best antivirus is yourself. if u won't navigate on warez and hacking sites, download rubbish from net, a simple free antivirus would do the job. else, there's no protection for you.
