    You can get them in the top ten a lot quicker than 3-4 months. Well, it really depends on the competition of the keywords at least. You can get in the top 10 within a few days if the word are not very competitive, and you do the right things and have proper optimization and domain keywords. All about proper SEO, keywords, content, and links.

    You can definitely make large leaps by monopolizing lesser used keywords, and within minutes depending on how fast google crawls your page. The trick is to collect them in volume.

    The only one that actually has it right. I did a similar style to one project where they wanted fast results. It can be done but it is alot of work just look above. You have to put hours into it.
