Are there affiliate download programs such as Hotfile based on Tiers??

I'm looking for the hosting domain such as Uploading, Hotfile Freakshare, but that base their earnings on the tiers list and not on one rank (Such as Copper, Silver, ...).

On countries..

Ugotfile seems good, only disadvantage is the 30days max for the file storage in standard premium!
