    I see three routes which have been suggested so far: web-scraping email lists, purchasing email lists or attracting opt-in recipients. Unless you can find a focused email list that targets your precise market, go with attracting opt-in recipients. Mass unfocused email marketing is spamming behaviour and poor manners.
