    Hi friends i was thinking that giving lot's of link targeted to others will going to harm my blog position in any way !! what do you think i am thinking right or wrong ??

    You're right when you say it will affect the PageRank. However, PageRank is not same as the ranking in SERPs. If you have enough text then links targeted to high quality sites in the same niche will not hurt SERP rankings.

    Yes, it is not good for your site PR . General rule says that a good site should not have OBL(Out Bound Link) greater than 30.

    Yeah, Google announced that if you wanna your website get a high pagerank, you would better limited your outband link within 30 per page, one outlink will share a little of your pagerank, so if many, your pagerank will be decreased out of question

    most of the blog has nofollow link so you can add nofollow tag then it will not be harmfull

    Relevant outbound links to quality related content BUILD your relevance and topical authority. Use them sparingly but DO link out to relevant sites from within the text of your content - it helps.
