Although again no technical knowledge is required but the person should have following skills: 1) Linkbuilding and seo knowledge 2) Article writing skills (not expert but at least intermediate) 3) At least 10 hours per day (I won't be compromising with it so if you can't then don't even pm, because I will just ignore pm and you are required to work on Sunday too)) And please no seo services company. yes am here in the Philippines and there's no way that i should work for 10 hours a day including Sunday.. for 500 dollars.. I hope all the Filipinos will not accept this kind of works with long hours, this is already an exploitation.. for God sake,

he he, what is this modern slavery. India, philli is not that cheap if you are looking for quality. I am sure you can get ppl saying yes to what you are requesting, but some not so smart guy. But I am sure you can find one from the country you live in. I am serious, situation is changing fast.
