    I try to donate blood at least one a year. It may not seem like much at all, but every little bit helps. :)

    I have donated blood over 10 times. I do it when ever I can. I have been in the emergency room and hospitals and saw so many people needing blood. So I make sure to donate blood whenever I see people asking for it.
