As far as Social Bookmarking is concerned that it's one of the Good strategy of SEO and it's really effective way to generate back links with minimum time duration which help us really in quick SEO

 

it boosts your SERPs and drive some traffics to your site too.. i have a site that around 40% of the traffic comes from my backlinks on social bookmarking sites.

 

There are plenty of SB that doesn't help (only some popular and authority SBs). One sample that I see SB post comes from mr. wong, even it is a nofollow SB site it still ranks so for me SB still works as it is seen on search results.

 

Right, social bookmarking would not only help in building backlinks but also for generating direct traffics. Bookmarking Demon or free services like onlywire would be really helpful for this purpose.
