Does anyone know how to convert a FLA file into AVI or SWF ( or even a FLV)? Are there any program out there for this kind of conversion?

There is an option in File-->Export in Adobe Flash to convert the .fla file to other formats (say .swf)

Are you guys braindead or what?
The OP asks for an FLA to video converter. Well, literally NONE of the proggies you all mention can do this, as they are all SWF/FLV (compiled flash) to video converters.
Like giraph and crazyboy say, you need the Adobe Flash sw itself to do this.
Next time do a better reading job please.

Adobe Flash CS3,4,5, open the flv with the program and choose a file format (avi, swf or something else) to be exported.

Go to your FLA (open in in Adobe Flash) and press CTRL + ENTER :)
Then go to the directory where your FLA is and you will find the SWF...
