Need help about Exclusive Rights

    Hi,
    I have bought a script with Exclusive Rights from a coder.
    then he sell the site that using that script with resell rights.
    here is the thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1819933
    He offer me that script via PM because i have bought some script from him before.
    He said that i will get an Exclusive Rights for the script, like below:
    But now, he used it and even sell it with another rights.
    I even did not sell it yet.
    please help me.
    What should i do?

    Leave him a negative itrader. You could sue him, but it isn't going to be worth spending thousands of dollars in legal fees - even if you won, you would then have to collect, which is often impossible.

    Sure, i will leave him a negative iTrader if he wont response my message.
    I have send him mesage regarding his sales, but it seems he run away from me without replying my message.

    There isnt anything you can really do accept leave him a neg itrader and receive one as well in return from him.

    If you paid by paypal open a dispute. You will lose the dispute since the item is intangible and buyers are not protected, but the dispute will go on his file with Paypal.

    If you paid by paypal and used a credit card to fund the purchase, do a chargeback.
