    I have been marketing this site in terms of SEO and require to pay my holiday to the states by the 14th of June so I am selling the site. Id love to keep the site but needs must.

    The site has 100% content and has been updated when I was able to write good content ranging from news stories to paranormal reports.

    The site has been getting higher and higher in the ranks from anything like "Unsolved Mysteries" to "unsolved ancient mysteries".

    Keywords Proof

    The site has been getting revenue from sponsored links and a little from adsense currently there are no paid out bound links so all links can be removed (including the banner on the top left.)

    The site includes the unique logo designed especially for the site. The site is a wordpress blog so can be easily customised.

    If anyone has questions then just let me know.

    The BIN has been set to $400 and there is a reserve of $270.

    Yes the sale will include the facebook and twitter accounts I will transfer everything.

    The stories are all added manually, I can give the new owner all the details of getting the latest stories from reliable sources which includes photos.

    As for revenue, I have already stated that in the original post.

    There is only a few hours left for the sale of this site. I have reduced the reserve to $200 and the BIN down to $340. After the allotted amount of time for this auction the site will be listed else where.
