I just wanted to place a quick update here for anyone who has recently placed an order. Our main computer crashed over this past weekend and I lost all the articles that I was working on. I will contact you if there is going to be a longer delay than expected, for this reason I am going to hold off taking any new orders. Also Id like to respond to some of the questions above.

I purchased a 5-pack with a "Monday evening-Tuesday morning" quoted delivery schedule but i'm patient Glad to see your back online, when should I expect delivery?

 

I haven't heard back from you and you didn't reply to the pm's and email I sent you earlier this week, I don't want to perform a chargeback but if I don't hear from you I'll have little choice. Let me know why you didn't deliver and if you plan on completing your end of the deal shortly.

vilnwv, I've filed a paypal dispute since you didn't deliver on time and aren't responding to emails, pm's, phone calls etc.

You'd be smart to either deliver the articles so that I can close the dispute or accept the dispute with paypal to refund my money, otherwise I will be escalating the dispute into a claim next week (and it's not worth racking those up against your paypal account).

You have an email from paypal at this point. I'm hoping you can work things out.
