Need someone to upgrade vB 2.3.x Skin to vB 3.6.x

    I have skin currently running on vB 2.3.2, it is made by jawastyles.com. I want someone to upgrade the skin to vBulletin 3.6.The jawastyles.com are no longer in bussiness. I would be a lot please if anyone can do that with in this week or next couple of days. I do not have much of budjet, please post or PM your quote for this task.
