NO LONGER NEEDED I'm looking for a quote on some CSS Modifications for a website. You'll download the website locally by 'saving as' and then modifying the CSS and XHTML that already exists. You must be able to speak English very well. I do not want to spend a lot of time trying to communicate this isn't something i should have to micromanage all the way through as i have a PDF that outlines the changes that are being requested.
