I eat thrice in a day, Morning - Breakfast Afternoon - Lunch with Rice Night - Dinner with chapati or rice.
I eat 5 times a day thats: Breakfast Lunch The one is at the middle of Lunch and Dinner Dinner and Midnight Snack ;-)
Now that I'm working out I eat four times a day. Small meals - I feel really drained if I go more than a few hours witout food, so it's more "grazing" than proper meals.
