    Nope. Visitors to most of my sites are from all parts of the world, and getting paid 10 or 20c after they download & install firefox doesn't pay as well as when they just click on a regular adsense link.

    I have added the text referral links to the footer of some of my sites though, such as "This site is optimized for viewing in firefox @ x resolution"..and the referral text link goes below that;)

    you hardly gets $1 on such downloads, mostly 10 - 20 cents. I guess adsense referral is only a good option.

    I've had two successful publishers that I referred to the adsense program :D

    It did, however, take forever for each of those $100 to hit my account (ie months), so I'm guessing it took them forever to earn their $100.

    When it comes to referrals you need very targeted traffic to make it profitable. Most general interest sites won't have much success promoting the referrals, but if you have niche site related to the referral products you can do very well.

    My typical income for a referrer (Firefox or Picasa) equals my typical income for a click on an AdSense ad, but number of conversions is 100 times less than the number of AdSense clicks.
