Selling Adzines.com - free article website, 7 year old domain, 57k articles, PLR articles

I have owned this site for many years now yet I never really had the time to do what needed to be done. In spite of that the site has grown and flourished, going from 40k articles to what it is today. I just never had the time to really focus on it 100%.

The site is a free article directory and it gets anywhere from 30-60 new articles a week, more than the wife and I can keep up with. The site has RSS feeds and many ways for website owners to 'grab' fresh content for their websites.

Hidden from the current live site I have a PLR article sales tab (and system) that allows people to sign up for a PLR article subscription. The reason I 'hid' it is because I spent well over $2k on original articles to sell WAY before the site was seasoned enough to do it. BUT, the system is in place and can be running again with under 10 minutes work. You get ALL that PLR content with the sale ... I'm holding back NOTHING!

Site specifics:

Site written in PHP over a Postgresql DB.

57k articles with about 30-60 new articles coming a week.

Complete admin panel for approving articles, authors etc etc etc.





Domain age: 7 years (no drops)

Adsense income: well my Adsense account was closed by them a month ago because of some BS on one of my article site manager sites ... I changed this site to my personal account and it has done about $100 in that month.

I AM willing to help you move the site if the price hits the reserve but you MUST have PHP 5 and Postgresql on your server!

tried "articles website" but site is not on position 9? even not on 5th page? or it's just because i have regional results?

what's the minimal price you accept?
