Yes google buzz is really effective, also it is new and has several features. Google buzz is much like FriendFeed, Google Buzz lets you import content from sites like Twitter, Flickr or Google Reader. You can follow interesting people, flag the items you like, add comments and get notifications in your inbox.

Well, Google buzz is the very effective social media and we can also use it for the promotion of our blog posts, we can also add more and more friends there and we can also follow them too... overall its a good social media medium...

personally i would stick with facebook and twitter for the time being, buzz does not have the same level of functionality or the user base yet to waste your time on.

Whether google buzze or facebook, as long as it can bring traffic that is ok, but the size of role is different , why don't we use Together?

Anything Google will command a large audience. This is true of Buzz. If you use the Twitter method of follow/reciprocity of follow back you will gain many followers. The key of course is a mix of quality vs quantity so focus on people within your interest group or niche. Best of luck,

    Matt

Although Buzz has some interesting and unique features enabling you to post content from several sites/networks, it can only be used on your existing contact, so it's for the moment at least quite useless
