All pages not indexed

Can someone tell me why all the pages in my site are not indexed by google? Out of 32 pages only 17 are indexed. I dont get any error messages and everything seems fine but i cannot get them all indexed, your thoughts?

 

Try to build some link point to your inner page, it will helps

 

How long have your site been launched? I assume your website just launched for not a long time ago.

 

It is a little over a year old

 

Check your internal link structure and then get some links to your inner pages.

 

bja, do you mean add link in the non indexed pages with liks to the pages that are already indexed?

 

Not only that, the opposite too. Put links on every page to some other pages also

 

Because google might be good at indexing sites, but its not perfect.

My forum has around 1.5 million post, but only 180,000 pages are indexed. That is down from 800,000 indexed pages a few weeks ago.

And your worried about 15 post? Dont worry, everything is going to be fine.

 

You are right @kev, however I would also suggest you to inter-link your inner pages to your homepage as well as to the pages which are already indexed. Remember dont jumble up all the pages link to your homepage.

Did you already added xml sitemap on Google Webmaster tools?

 

just creat XML site map and upload it and also upload in google webmaster tool

 

If you have similar contents within those inner pages, google won't include all.

 

Your all pages are more than probably already crawled and scanned by Google but it simply does not enlist them all. Usually there is not a huge problem if your pages are all different from each other and contain unique contents. As your website gets older and gains more backlinks, and of course you continue adding contents to that, more pages could get indexed.
