    Has anyone every won an appeal from being banned from AdSense? Has anyone ever even received a response to an appeal? Just curious of any experiences.

    In my case, nope. I didn't even remember whether they response or not, one thing for sure I lost my earning and my account. :)

    There are too many victim of adsense ban but not me. One of my friend did received respond from Google but he still can't get his account back. I think that Google will reply only if you are a big publisher (you have a very high traffic, high paid niche site).

    Yeah that was what I was afraid of - The thing that kills me is that they banned my account just a day or two before they were going to have to make a big payment to me...:-(

    Unless you're a popular publisher with lots of traffic to your blog or website, I don't think you'll get your google adsense account back.
