    I know Google analytics and Statcounter tools for analytics, here I got a new tool Woopra.com, thanks for this tool.
    With my experience GA is the best tool for analytics.

    I have to say that Piwik is a great alternative if you are happy hosting on your own server. Am in the process of moving all my sites over to them.

    There are several alternatives out there for analytics reporting, like statcounter, yahoo, histats, woopra etc but as far as I know GA is the best all around. Do you just not like the way GA displays its data? Difficulty in navigating it?

    The only bad thing about Google Analytics is it's lack of
    real time reports. That's the only thing that keeps me
    using Sitemeter in conjunction with Analytics.

    There are many free tools proving free analytic similar to Google Analytic. you can get the web statistics from your hosting company also which will give you a detailed analytics of the website. However, google Analytics is the proper, It is totally upto you which one you find comfortable
