I have two different sleeping schedules, it depends on the current circumstances of my environment. The first one is I go to bed around midnight, wake up around 7AM'ish. The other is I go to bed around 9-10AM and wake up around 3PM. Totally depends. Fortunately I can adjust my schedule on a dime, it can kick the crap out of some people trying to readjust so fast.
Current timings Sleep 11 pm - 12 am wake 8 am I want to change it next month Sleep 9 - 10 pm Wake 5 - 6 am
I basically have the worst sleeping schedule. I'm more of a night person and hate mornings. I've recently gotten it somewhat adjusted to what most would consider a good sleeping schedule; Go to sleep somewhere between 10 PM - 12 AM and wake between 5 AM - 7 AM. It varies though and I usually end up sleeping during the day and up most nights. (Note: I do not have a job, lol) It's good to see most are on track
i sleep at 23:00 i used to stay at bed till lunch time and no work now it changed i wake up at 6:15 am work from 6:15 till lunch 13:00
I'm and early to bed early to rise sort of person. Although sometimes, usually during the season changes I have nights when I can't sleep until almost dawn. Normally I'm sleeping around 9 or 10 pm and up at 5 or 6 am. I love being up early. I can watch the sunrise and I seem to get a lot more work done when I am up early. Not sure why...
