Here are some tips on article writing:

    * Ensure that the article is at least 400 to 500 words long.
    * Write naturally and do not stuff excessive keywords. However, ensure that the keywords are present in all the paragraphs. Use variations of the keyword. Also use synonyms.
    * 4 to 5 paragraphs should be okay. Write in smaller sentences, this helps the user in reading better.

Don't stuff keywords, this makes the article look spammy. Also ensure that there are no grammatical and spelling mistakes in the article. Always proofread your article with the cool mind before publishing your article to your blog or article directory.

To be honest, I think it's a bit of a myth about a set keyword density. As long as you use your keyword where you can and where it sounds natural you should be fine.

We all spend way too much time worrying about search engine bots when it comes to content when the truth is that your target audience is HUMAN, not robot!! So you should write primarily for the purpose of informing or entertaining human readers and then go back optimise it for bots. Focus on the readers. Ask yourself what your article gives to your readers.
