    It's a good idea to stick with just two social networks - Facebook for personal networking, and Linkedin for professional/business networking. Joining other networks and giving out personal information is not such a good idea. Stay safe with these two networks! If you're looking to try out the features of different networks, create a dummy account for them but don't give out any sort of personal information as it may affect you in unimaginable ways in the future.
