    Hi friends. Today I am going to share a interesting technique of SEO which is known as Link wheel. Rather this technique still need recognition of the google and they are avoiding commenting on it. In this technique, we write a chain of blogs and articles. In each blog and article, we makes a chain by linking one to other and each blog and article has a text link towards our site. It give us advantage that we have our links on each major article and blog sites and they are pointing to each other as well as our site. This helps us in improving our link popularity. As we have created it as a wheel so this phenomenon is known as link wheel.

    It is not considered as spamming if all of the articles of the web 2.0 properties that interlinked are original (not spun)...

    Google is well aware of this technique. If they find out they penalize you (deindexing, etc.), otherwise it´s helpful. I wonder this technique wasn´t descussed here on DP at all... ?

    Wow, mate this is so freaking old. Please stop spamming the board and share some relevant, up to date information. Maybe you should look into link farming and second level linkwheeling or even link pushing rather than going on about the deadbeat concept of simple link wheeling.

    I'm really tired of this myth. Google has mentioned several times that they will not penalize anybody for employing link wheels, building too many links at once, etc, etc. Google will simply not care. Link wheel backlinks will show up in Yahoo site explorer and with numerous other backlink checkers, however they will not count towards raising your sites position in the search engines (that is if you employ simple linkwheeling techniques described above by mr. tarunraj. Do it right, put some time and creativity into it and you might see positive results).
