RSS Submission Issue

I have been reading about RSS submission as part of link building campaign. I found this RSS submission list and I already tested one. It really took the xml file of my blog and it seems it duplicate the content. My worry now is that

RSS submission is really safe? Do you think the site will not penalize because it copy the first paragraph of the post.

 

RSS submission is a very good tool! I use it for example to get my backlinks indexed really fast.
But especially on blogs RSS-submission is great: it updates your blog and makes spiders, etc. aware of your blog!

You won´t get penalized for using RSS-submission.
