Somehow someway I'm sure Google will try and steal people's private information. I've lost all faith in Google. Google has become exactly what they were pretending to stand against. I've never been a big Microsoft fan especially after their many windows versions (Windows ME) that sucked, but they at this point they are heads and tails above Google. And honestly over the long haul, I do not believe Google will be able to compete with Microsoft. Either way I'm sticking with Yahoo for my searches. They have been around for a long time and even though they may not be the best search engine, (though they are pretty good) I have more faith with them than either Microsoft or Google.

they seem to put their feet wherever they can! tv over the web or web over the tv - the two are quickly merging and a good interface will be nice. in the end it comes down to ad-revenue... whos willing to pay the $'s. i'll be curious to see how google pulls it off

I think it's inevitable that the lines between tv and internet are going to blur and fade. I imagine there will soon be a day where we use the tv and computer on the same device - perhaps split screen or perhaps back and forth. It will be a good thing in my opinion.

So far TV's an the internet haven't really mixed well. I think there are some great benefits but for the most part I like my Internet separate from my TV.

Google seems wanting to mark its footprint in all and every segment of the internet. It is surely breaking new grounds in bringing everything from the offline world into the internet world and probably giving one more reason for people to never go offline! :)

that sounds interesting... Google is moving to dominate on different products that would possibly earn money online and of course that users will definitely benefit from it.
