    What you are doing is off-page optimization. That's not enough :(

    To get higher rankings you should also apply on-page optimization techniques.
    Choose the most winnable keywords for your market niche, their density and prominence and optimize the content of your page to make it more Google appealing.

    See where you rank with key words by googling them. Use Google keyword tool to find what keywords you should optimize for and check to see how much traffic each key word is getting.

    You should do onpage optimization first then go for offpage optimization
    and i am quite sure you will get great amount of traffic

    In my opinion, most probable mistake in your SEO link building routine is that your writings are not marketable or simply not catchy on your readers interests, what you are doing can guarantee you to get traffic for your website but if this is not done effectively even when starting from the title of your social bookmarking submissions, articles, press release and classified ads then you must re-evaluate your writing style.
