I have a site of Google PR5.... If i add links of PR3 sites to my site will it affect my PR5???
Is there any possibility of PR5 decreasing on adding lesser PR site links??

No.... The PR5 site will not loose PR... Dont worry. And your PR3 sites will benefit greatly from it

To confirm adferger, the answer is NO. It will not devalue your higher PR5 site.

    The PR5 will not affected...
the PR3 will elevated by the PR5
also a lot of PR3 links can also boost the Pr5 to even higher condition...

    Good luck

No your PR5 site wont be affected.
Instead the PR3 site will get a boost during PR calculation..

If you imagine a natural site like BBC...it will have links from all sorts of sites, PR0, PR3, PR6 etc...
Google likes natural link profiles so all kinds of links are good.
You want a "bell shaped" link graph.

No, links can either add value or do not affect anything. They cannot lower rankings.

I think, To add lower PR links on site will not effect your site PR. But its very important that what types of links you are adding on your site. Just add only quality and relevent links on the site whether it is lower PR site.

After all, PR is only one of many factors Google takes in count when rankings websites in his algorythm for different keywords.

In my opinion, we shouldn't worry about PR at all, we should worry about traffic, and even more about money.

no linking to lower pr sites will not pull down your pr rating but if google finds out that you are selling links or the links are not at all relevant to your site then you are in trouble

I don't entirely agree with the non-relevant links. A few less or non relevant link here or there can't hurt your site.

I have a few mini niche blogs that link to something entirely off-topic/non relevant, yet it never hurt them.

But for the "sellings links" part, I agree.
