So many of us got mad a Google for either banning us from AdSense or ranking us lower than we think we should. But we don't stop and think that google is just another company as any other compnies. They have to do business the right way for the benefit of their shareholders their advertisers and the people that use them and trust them.
If you don't like google, there are many other options you could chose. If someone else hail google as you just said, let them be that way, they have their own reasons and you have yours.
Google has helped many people get rich and has brought bread and butter to many families.
I myself was mad a Google for Banning because of some guy using invalid clicks on my website trying to get me banned. He succeded in doing so. I contacted google and told them I didn't have anything to do with that. They restored my account then few days later he started doing the same thing again. After that google banned my account for good and wouldn't even answer my emails.
I got so mad at google and started hating it. But after few weeks I understood that it wasn't Google's fault. Google was just trying to protect it's advertises. I would want it to do the same if I was advertising with it.
As we all know, everyone has the right to love what they want and hate what they want. No one is forcing you me or anybody else believe that google is the best there is.
You have your opinion about google I have mine and so does everybody else. I suggest that you respect mine and everybody else just like you want me and everybody else to respect your opinion.
I wish you all the best luck in the world.
Thank you for taking the time to read this post :) Have a wonderful day.

Banned for life.... well, Yes, Google own the rule, not us as publishers....
However, Google did not give suggestions how to protect our account/ websites from any frauds...
Is it no Warning or Notice First before Banned???

    Yes....ban the website for life.
However, you can create another website, use different address and ip to apply for the adsense again

I'm confused. Which are banned exactly, the website or the Adsense account?
Supposed I buy a domain from other person, is it trustable to use some online tools to check whether the domain is unbanned yet from AdSense?

Google has every right to deny you service or access to their services. Its in the constitution, and in there Terms of Service that YOU agreed to while signing up..

your site is your responsibily either with your adsense too. Sometimes I think life ban is unfair since I have an experiance being banned by Google adsense even though I did not now what was going on. It was truely unfair.

Once u have been banned u are banned for life :D It doesn't matter what u do even though u didn't really cheat, u will still remain banned in most cases. I know, it's unfair but this way, google protects the publishers from adwords, preventing thiefs from stealing clicks. I think google's premise is "better safe than sorry" :D

No, adsense allows you to apologize, provided with a reason that you will not violate the TOS again.

Do you have proof it's true? If you and your wife have 2 different accounts - they will not be affected

The Google ban can be crazy. A friend of mine's website just got banned from Adsense. No warnings or reasons. Just a letter stating that they are ending their relationship with the publisher.

I think it's just the Adsense account that gets banned. Not the website, since URL's trade hands all the time.

I have never heard of google refunding advertisers I know for a fact I had click fraud on one of my campaigns $1000 gone and google sure as hell didnt refund any of the fruadlent clicks google only cares about 1 thing money and themselves they couldn't care if your an advertiser or publisher loosing money getting banned etc they also look after big sites do you really think the top adsense earners dont have a few B/S clicks they just know how to get away with it.
