    I am not surprised. Although YouTube is not an professional search engine, as the most popular video site, many users there use their search engine on YouTube.

    YouTube has been in the top 5 for a long time. Millions of people go to YouTube every day making it a great way to get the message out about your site or company. Of course, it's also a great source of information such as tutorials, product descriptions and so on. YouTube is awesome :)

    It’s funny that YouTube got the title as "The 2nd Largest Search Engine". I don’t think that YouTube is a search engine, it’s moreover a platform where you can watch and upload videos.

    If I try to get specific informations about something, I will use a search engine like Google, because i won’t find something interessting on YouTube… hm.. perhaps a funny video? So in my opinion YouTube is a video platform.

    There is still a differents between video content and text content ofcourse. But yes, Youtube is huge and could be 2nd if you also count video content.

    I dont Thinks so.......You tube is a second largest search engine. Its Available only for Videos. Its biggest search engine but only For watching videos & Videos sharing....not for Searching General information or textual content.

    Well, youtube is a very good social media and you can utilize it for the best and effective purposes but the best and effective search engines are Google, yahoo and Bing .... :)
