I had sold 5 installation Key's for a software to this guy LOOONG back, now he emails me saying that 4 of the 5 didnt work and he wants refund for the 4. I didnt give a shit about his money so I refunded the amount for the 4 keys ( 4 x said amount ). Now he tells me that he hasnt recieved the refund, wtf. So he showed me proof and I am SURE he's telling the truth. And he filed a dispute of goods being not as described (it said the amount is not available in your pp account right now but it didnt deduct anything since I had already refunded wtf). I escalated it to a claim since this was absurd, I mean I have sent the refund! I added screenshots of refund and gave all the relevant info. So Paypal sent me a mail saying 'you have escalated it to a claim'. So what happens next exactly ? I'm scared atm.
If you have already issued a refund and have the transaction record backing the same... there is no need for you to worry as it would be easy for Paypal to verify your claim and pass on the information to this buyer! Regards, RightMan
That is the problem for Paypal to resolve. You have the amount refunded from your account and that debit entry is good enough proof for you... to not worry over this problem...any more! Regards, RightMan
Nothing to be worries about at your end. You can just give the transaction ID to PayPal and if you have sent the refund, they will recognize it and close the case.
