how to manage multiple wp blogs?

I want to build some blogs of wordpress, can I manage it from 1 place to make it a lot easier?

 

Here is a link to the plugin that wordpress has that I just started using: wordpress.org/extend/plugins/kish-multi/ i could not give you too much detail on it besides you can deal with all comments, I have not tried the add/edit/del posts yet I am a little leary still but so far so good it is nice to be able to have in one spot for it...hope it helps 8)

You can install WordPress MU so you can have multiple blogs on the same domain, if that's what you are after? The upcoming WordPress 3.0 will also have a native functionality to do this

 

You can download and install Windows live writer on your computer, then you can update all your blog with the windows writer at the same time. I was told by a office worker, not try with it yet.

I need a service/ tool/ plugin not only for approving comments or post a new article, but I need more than that.

I need a multiblogging control tool/ plugin that can control plugins installed, themes, and deeper feature like set the plugins settings, something like that. Do you know how to do this? I think wordpress mu don't do this right?
