Oscommerce = Not friendly enough e-commerce = What does this mean? Isn't it a common ecommerce website? If so, not friendly again Joomla / Mambo = They both can be more seo friendly with componenets add-on. Zen Cart = This is only a shopping cart system and not a website platform anyway.

The softwares you have mentioned are all good and very effective. But if you want to select one among them as user friendly and search engine optimized, Joomla is best of all. Because it has ton of addons that makes its customization very easy for the user. It has many supporting tools that help the user to build the website as search engine optimized. If the question is about SEO then here comes Drupal. It has good reputation for easy optimization method.
