It is done automatically by the Google Search Algorithm. There is no clear indication as to how. But, you could improve your chances by paying attention to the site structure. Make sure that your site is crawlable with no broken links. Have lots of internal linking within your site. Try and use relevant keywords as 'anchor text'.
