The problem is that most good networks will not be instant approvals -- you give up "good network" as a descriptor when you throw in "instant approval." Something's gotta give.
You generally don't want to work with the networks that don't have the resources for at least a phone call approval.
Is there a particular reason you want instant approval? I'm assuming it's not something as dumb as fraud...i guess no offense if that was your idea...haha. but in all seriousness, maybe i can help you out. I rep a network and i like to use the forums to be proactive, esp in situations where there are good pubs/affiliates being ignored simply due to applicant volume...so if it's just you being frustrated and not wanting to wait weeks to hear back, or even get on a call and you have good traffic we can possibly work some expedited set-up out. You want a good reputation network that accepts you ASAP. Good reputation networks doesn't do this as it wouldn't have a good reputation otherwise. This is because it shows that it would accept any publisher if it do accept ASAP including publishers that could scam or have fake account details.
as previous posts said - there is no such thing as an instant approval by a reputable network. anyway, you can try with Lidango.com - I got very fast approval, but i recommend to call after you send your form to ask them to proceed your application faster. it works

Any CPA network worthwhile makes you talk to them. You might be about to join CJ or Linkshare but they tend to have a more product based inventory than something you may want. I have had a lot of success with the link in my sig. There are many out there but each have the good and bad parts. I was hesitant about the phone conversations too at first, but they do this to ensure the best marketers. It's worth the extra time to have access to offers that you can ACTUALLY make money with. My very first month with MB and no training, I was able to make about $100. This isn't retirement money but it's a strong start for something I was new with. Lazy Profits manually approves affiliates, however if your application is legitimate and you aren't sending us fraudulent traffic, you will be accepted. Our AMs are addicts, you'll get approved within 10 minutes if your account is worth approving, promise!
